If something is faulty, incorrectly described or different from what was ordered we will provide an exchange or refund provided the item is returned within a reasonable time frame.
We are able to exchange one product for another in the same type category. Please note that all shipping to and from our factory will be at your expense. Please note: All Blends products are custom made to order so we are unable to accept a change of mind for this category. Please discuss with us if this is the case.
Once goods are received and reviewed, we’ll process the refund and notify you via email. Your refund will be credited back to you in the next 1-5 days. Depending on the payment method used to place your order. Any refunds processed will be issued back onto the same credit card that was used to place the order (excluding delivery charges for online orders).
